Unfortunately someone was trying to enter our home and broke our glass sliding door. We couldn't find anyone to help. Glass replacement was 2-4 weeks. New doors from contractors were at least 2 weeks and as many as 5. Factory Direct was at our house the next morning and the sliding doors were replaced the following day. When safety is a concern, these guys were there - reliable, professional and the price was fair. The quality was good. They even added an additional safety lock. Thank you!

The other companies Told us it wasn't Going 2 be easy to replace The type Of windows that we had in our basement because they were odd size and had 2 b custom made. Theywere out for money. Factory direct said they also had 2 b custom made and told us what it would cost , how long it will take 2 make them, and it will take one day 2 install and gave us a honest price. Factory direct is out 4 quality honesty and Fairness. We never told Factory direct about the other quotas we got b4 they gave us a total price,but when the other companies called back,we told them who we choose and the price we got from FD then they tried to lower their price to try 2 get our business. Too late 4 them. We will recommend Factory direct because of their honesty, integrity, professionalism, quality, and quickness.

One door had a small leak where the door lite frame met the inside of the door, but the installers were very quick to come out and fix the issue. I would definitely recommend them!

I called Factory Direct for a price quote on a new sliding patio door on a Saturday morning. I received a quote over the phone and the owner personally came to my house that afternoon to measure the door himself. He told me he could install the door in 4 to 6 weeks . Five weeks later he called on a Tuesday and the removal of the old door and install were done Friday by 3pm. The door is great great and so was the ease of this project. Great installation by his crew.
