Unfortunately someone was trying to enter our home and broke our glass sliding door. We couldn't find anyone to help. Glass replacement was 2-4 weeks. New doors from contractors were at least 2 weeks and as many as 5. Factory Direct was at our house the next morning and the sliding doors were replaced the following day. When safety is a concern, these guys were there - reliable, professional and the price was fair. The quality was good. They even added an additional safety lock. Thank you!
